  1. Prep your ingredients: Cook your jasmine rice according to package directions. In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Place a Nori sheet onto a sushi mat. Spread 1/4 of the cooked rice onto the Nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. In the middle of the rice, place a layer of imitation crab meat, followed by cooked shrimp, avocado slices, and julienned cucumber.
